An elegant pair of vintage dangling 18K gold opal and diamond earrings. c. 1970s. The top circular prong set opal rests upon a border of diamonds with a tear shaped opal drop, also accented by diamonds. The earrings have Pierced Omega clip backs and test 18K. Each earring has 19 small diamonds, over .50 carat total diamond weight. The opals have great fire (and the top isn't quite as blue as the photograph). They measure 1 1/2" in height and weigh 10.2 grams total. Condition is excellent.

The back of the locket is carnelian set in the same bezel. The carnelian is carved with a stylized monogram with the letters C and H. Condition is excellent.
