•• About the Artist: Errol has been producing and selling his leather artwork in many forms since 1973. That's over 45 years for the mathematically challenged! The wallets are made from 3-4 ounce vegetable tanned cowhide. All designs are his originals.

• Hand cut, tooled, sculpted, dyed, antiqued, waxed and stitched. No machinery was used in the production of this article. Constructed with 3-4 ounce vegetable tanned cowhide.

• The tooling is deep so that the designs will last normally for the life of the leather, as opposed to shallow tooling or machine pressed tooling that normally disappears.

It is most often defined as "the dominant style of art in Europe between the Mannerist and Rococo eras, a style characterized by dynamic movement, overt emotion and self-confident rhetoric".

Style specifics: Baroque is a style in art and decoration that developed shortly before 1600 and remained current in Europe until the emergence of the Rococo style c.1730. It was started in Italy, and spread to Germany, Austria, the Low Countries, and Spain and Portugal, with only a somewhat severely classical version being popular in France under Louis XIV. The style was a development of the Renaissance style and is characterized by lively, curved, and exuberant forms, by vigorous movement, and by rich ornament, based on classical sources, being symmetrical as distinguished from the asymmetry of the following Rococo style.

Period: ca. 1700

Material: Silver on top and backed with 18K yellow gold
– This technique was very often used with jewelry containing diamonds because jewelers of that time believed that only a silver mounting could render the true beauty of a precious stone. They were also aware of the fact that silver jewelry often left black stains on clothing or skin, so they resolved the matter by coating the backs of the jewels in gold.

Technique: The rose cuts are set on foil. This is a special technique that was used to bring the lustre of the diamonds to its best quality. Diamond(s): 14 rose cut diamonds. We do not have the weight of the diamonds which is normal in our trade when it comes to rose cuts.

Birthstones: Diamond is the birthstone (or month stone) for April.

Hallmarks: No trace.

Dimensions: height 2,80 cm (1,10 inch)

Weight: 8,70 gram (5,59 dwt)

• Guitar Strap is cut with both ends aesthetically tapered as seen. The top end of the strap has one hole & slot and the bottom end has three to five adjustment holes punched for easy placement on your guitar buttons. Strap locks may also be easily installed and are recommended. PLEASE STIPULATE in buyers notes to seller HOW MANY HOLES on the bottom end you want. If no stipulation, we will punch five holes. An Information & Care Guide is included with the strap.

• COLORS may vary a little from strap to strap due to variances in leather grain and porosity, hand dying technique, tanning materials, etc. but will maintain essential color as seen. (Some Computer Monitors Saturate Colors).

• Strap is hand signed on lower back.

•• About the Artist: Errol has been producing and selling his leather artwork in many forms since 1973. That's over 46 years for the mathematically challenged! All designs are his originals.

• Hand cut, tooled, sculpted, dyed, antiqued and waxed. No machinery was used in the production of this article. Constructed with 9 – 10 ounce vegetable tanned cowhide. Available in personalized length and three widths: 3", 2.5" & 2". Standard length is 52" end to end. Longer straps require slight price adjustment, 2% per inch. (See below for specific sizing info).

• The tooling is deep so that the designs will not deteriorate, flatten or disappear over time as shallow tooling or machine pressed tooling usually does.

•• All edges are beveled to eliminate any sharp edges.

• STRAP PRICE INCLUDES custom sizing up to 52" in total length and punching of all holes. • Add 2%/INCH for sizes over 52”.

• PRICES vary according to style.

• PADS: You may also order a SHEARLING PAD (Sheepskin) for your strap

• Pads may be up to 24” in length.
• Pads are affixed to the strap with heavy duty BARGE leather cement and are
guaranteed not to separate from strap.

• SIZING: We take extra care in sizing the strap according to your instructions.

•• PLEASE STATE CORRECT SIZE when ordering. Measure your old strap from the top button hole to the bottom button hole or carefully measure distance from guitar button to button when guitar is placed in a comfortable place next to you where you like to have the guitar while playing. Those are two ways to determine what the correct size is. We will include up to five holes on the bottom end for adjustment. Stipulate the number of holes you want punched and which hole you want measured to your desired size.

We currently have three letter sizes/fonts available, one size for numerals, two sculpted fonts and a hand scripted calligraphy font. A fine and large pair of mid-century blanc de chine lamps. They are a ginger jar in form with reticulated bodies decorated with prunus trees in relief over the open work. The lamps are mounted to hardwood bases. The interiors are lighted and are lined with a white cloth. Condition is excellent. Circa: 1950-06. Dimensions: Height : Base To Top Of Lid 21.5", Width 10". Height to Top Of Harp 35".
